Star Peterson is a Senior Training Developer at Capital One who has created inclusive, learner-centered experiences across corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors. Star holds a Master’s in Special Education and worked as a special education teacher before transitioning to instructional design. Star draws upon their experiences as a multiply neurodivergent learner as well as their experiences as an eLearning developer. Star is passionate about shifting accessibility from a compliance checkbox to a core value in learning culture
