Our research tested the performance of the most popular ASR technologies across several industries to evaluate the accuracy of each as applied to captioning and transcription.
This year, we tested APIs/engines for both batch (pre-recorded) captioning and real-time (live) captioning. Additionally, we tested how each engine performed across aggregate industries as well as how each performed on content broken down by the primary market.
