Our standard turnaround is 4 business days and we provide a range of other options, including a 2-hour turnaround service. Our platform is based on a patented process for the way content is assigned to our staff so that almost every deadline is met. Our deadline compliance is more than 98%, and we automatically discount overdue files to the achieved turnaround level.
🏫 Echo360 Integration
3Play Media has a round trip integration with Echo360 that provides a fully automated captioning workflow. You can submit requests for captioning and transcription directly from your Echo360 account. The media files get transferred to 3Play Media for processing and the closed captions and transcripts get sent back to your Echo360 account after they have been processed. You can monitor the status of your files from within Echo360 or your 3Play Media account.

🔌 LMS Plugin
Our LMS Plugin Embed allows you add videos with captions, interactive transcripts, and audio description to Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, and Desire2Learn Brightspace.
Once you’ve transcribed your video, simply click “Publish Plugin” and select the video platform with which your video is associated. Copy the iframe embed and paste it in your LMS system just like you would embed a YouTube video!

Tiered Pricing
The tiered pricing covers all of Emory University. The starting price is $2.05 per minute. After $50,000 (aggregated across all Emory campuses) has been processed in a one-year period, the price will automatically drop to $1.95 per minute going forward. The price will continue to drop with each subsequence tier down to $1.65 per minute after $300,000. The price will reset at the beginning of each year.

Audio Description
Audio description is an accommodation for blind and low- vision viewers that narrates the critical visual information in a video to provide context, clarify speakers, and articulate visual elements. We offer standard and extended description. With the standard description service, description fit into natural pauses in that video's audio track. With our extended service, the descriptions are not constrained to the natural pauses of a video. The extended service inserts pauses in the video to make room for descriptions, as needed.
