Our standard turnaround is 4 business days and we provide a range of other options, including a 2-hour turnaround service. Our platform is based on a patented process for the way content is assigned to our staff so that almost every deadline is met. Our deadline compliance is more than 98%, and we automatically discount overdue files to the achieved turnaround level.

In addition to captions and transcripts, you have the option to add an interactive transcript, which lets users interact with your video in an entirely new way. 3Play Media’s live automatic captioning service streamlines the traditional live captioning workflow by integrating with major video platforms (like Brightcove, YouTube, Zoom, and JW Player) to post live captions directly back to your stream.
Live automatic captioning utilizes automated speech recognition (ASR) technology through 3Play Media’s partner, Speechmatics, and can be implemented natively within select video platforms or through iFrame and Javascript embeds.

Audio Description
Audio description is an accommodation for blind and low-vision viewers that narrates the critical
visual information in a video to provide context, clarify speakers, and articulate visual elements. We
offer standard and extended description. With the standard description service, descriptions fit into
natural pauses in the video’s audio track. With our extended service, the descriptions are not
constrained to the natural pauses of a video. The extended service inserts pauses in the video to
make room for descriptions, as needed.
